“Index is out of Date” error when running AKINSOFT Program. What should I do?

Index is out of Date error is being caused by corruption of primary key values or being left behind. Usually we can solve such problems by changing the final value. However, in some cases technical problems can be experienced.

The procedures in order to fix this problem should be like this:

• Go to the Database process -> Database Maintenance on Control Panel

• Select the all databases as shown on screen.

• Start the Database Maintenance Process.

• Processes are being applied to all databases automatically.

• If the operation finishes correctly, a warning will appear as “Database Maintenance is complete.”

• Otherwise, it is necessary to reach the authorized personnel and examine the database.
