Sales Person name is null how can i fix it?

In AKINSOFT Wolvox ERP Program, although the Salesperson is selected from the “Marketing” tab in the Delivery Note, Offer, Order, Invoice and Service forms, the salesperson information does not appear on the relevant screen due to the fact that the Name and Surname section of the salesperson is empty.

When the salesperson is re-selected after the relevant fields are filled in, the salesperson information will appear on the form.
